Exchange

• Online purchases can be exchanged within 14 calendar days of purchase.

• In-store purchases can be exchanged within 3 days with a receipt.

    Returns

Online purchases can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

• In-store purchases can be returned within 24 hours with a receipt.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    Refunds

• If the returned item meets the conditions above, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

    Order cancellation

• The order can be canceled before its delivery.

• If the delivery of the order is already in progress, it cannot be canceled.

    Customized orders

Customers will have the option to customize their orders by ordering an engraving to be made on the item. That kind of items are not eligible for refund.

   Non-refundable items

• All kind of earrings on our website/in stores are not eligible for a refund. 
• PANDORA jewelries are not eligible for refund as well.
