General terms and conditions:
1. Delivery will be done within a maximum 5 (five) calendar days.
2. Delivery service is free.
3. If the item is sold, the amount which you have paid will be automatically refunded within a maximum of 3 (three) business days.
4. Factory packaging means that you will receive items with protective packaging, all together packed inbox and a warranty sheet.
1. Product Return / Replacement Terms:
1.1. Time gives you the opportunity to refund or change any purchased item within 5 calendar days in case if it is purchase via online shopping from time.ge
1.2. Only products which are not used or damaged will be allowed to be returned or changed
1.3. The product should be examined by the customer on the same day when it will be delivered by courier. If a customer will decide to change or return product, he/she should sent information at firstname.lastname@example.org ; otherwise customer will not have the right to ask for return or change the product. From the company side, the Product should be changed within 5 (five) calendar days after the email is received.
1.4. Amount of return/change of product should be paid by customer
1.5. In case of returning the product, money from bank account of TIME company should be returned to customer’s account within 10 (ten) working days.
2. Rules of changing/returning the product
2.1. According to above mentioned rules, in case of returning/changing the product, after receiving product from TIME courier, within 2 hours, customer should contact TIME with email email@example.com and inform about returning/changing the product;
2.2. For starting the process, it is necessary to provide about following information: Ref number of product, number of order, date, order receiving time and reason of return (in some cases it will be needed to upload photo of product and payment order on email firstname.lastname@example.org;
2.3 If product, or accessories which were delivered to customer will be damaged company will have the right to stop returning/changing procedure until diagnoses will be done which lasts no more than 10 (ten) working days. After diagnoses TIME company will make final decision contionue or close this order.
2.4. The product transportation costs will be covered by the customer no later than 5 calendar days when request was sent.
2.5. When returning / replacing a product, the product must be accompanied by all additionas parts and documents that were transmitted at the time of purchase (commodity invoices, payment document, guarantee sheet, etc.).
2.6 If you have applied to change or return the item which you have purchase, TI’ME representative will contact you by e-mail email@example.com;
2.7. The product can be returned if:
2.7.1. The product does not comply with the ordering or technical specifications written on the Website;
2.7.2. The product has defects;
2.7.3. The product is damaged during transportation;
2.7.4. Product was not delivered by TIME Company on time;
2.8. The product can be returned independently of the above mentioned conditions:
2.8.1. Product was not opened or damaged;
2.8.2. If the factory packaging of the product was opened and diagnostics have revealed that the product has all the functional features retained and no visual defects are observed;
2.8.3. If the packaging of the product is damaged or has some visual defect (s) that is not caused by customer.
2.8.4 The Products can subject to change, if:

184.108.40.206 If the packaging of the product has been opened and a diagnosis has revealed that the returned product is not damaged and has no visual defects. In this case, the customer may need to add an amount due to the new value of the product when changing the old product into new, more expensive one.
3. Rule of Remuneration:
3.1. If customer wishes to return the product purchased on Time.ge website, the Company undertakes to reimburse the amount paid by following percentage:
3.1.1. 100% if: The packaging of the product is not opened, damaged and is accompanied by all parts and documents transmitted at the time of purchase (invoices, payment document, guarantee sheet, etc.);
3.1.2. 100% if the product has defects or the product does not comply with the ordering and / or technical specifications posted on the website or the product is damaged during shipping and is accompanied by all parts and documents transmitted at the time of purchase (invoice, payment document, guarantee sheet, and other).
3.1.3. Up to 90-100% if the product packaging is opened and diagnostics show that the returned product has all the functional features and no visual defects, and has all accompanying parts and documents (heading , Proof of payment, warranty sheet, etc.).
3.1.4. Up to 60-90% if the packaging of the product is damaged and / or while diagnoses it is found that the returned product has all the functional features, however, a visual defect (s) is observed.
3.1.5. If the diagnostic results show that the returned product does not retain all functional and / or visual characteristics and / or does not include all accompanying parts and documents (invoices, payment document, warranty sheet, etc.) the Company is entitled to Reserves not to return the product And therefore, do not refund the amount paid for the product.
3.2. In case if the customer wants to change the product, product packaging is opened and diagnostics show that the returned product has all the functional features and no visual defects, the product can be changed by paying the customer 10% of the value of the product.
3.3. Refunds can only be made by cashless transfer to a customer's bank account.
3.4. TI’ME shall reimburse the Customer for the value of the Product purchased above mentioned manner and amount in this Article within 10 (ten) business days.
4. Procedure for reimbursement of transportation costs:
4.1. When returning / replacing a product by TIME, the Company reimburses the cost of shipping service which does not exceeds 15 GEL, on following conditions:
• The product does not meet the technical specifications of the ordering and / or website;
• The product has factory defects;
4.2. In all other cases, the cost of the transportation service shall be reimbursed by the customer.
5. Request for returning / replacement of the products:
5.1. The Customer may not initiate a return / change and refuse to deliver the Product immediately upon delivery. It should be sent on e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org;
5.2. Customers can request refund / replacement within 2 hours after receiving the product;
5.3. I customer receives product with factory defects within 2 hours, customer should act according to guarantee rules
6. Timeframes of changing the products:
6.1 In case of confirmation of change of product, the identical product or other product specified by the returning policy, will be delivered to the customer within 5-10 business days after all additional costs have been fully reimbursed.
6.2 Transportation costs shall be paid by the Customer, except as provided in rule 6.1.
