WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty applies to watch mechanisms only, and does not cover against:

1. any defect resulting from natural wear of the product;
2. any damage of the watch case, crystal, strap, bracelet, box, manual, or accessories that result from an accident, negligence or incorrect use of the watch, etc.;
3. damage resulting from incorrect use of the watch in water;
4. any damage of the crown (e.g. breaking, falling out, deformation, being stuck, coming out  etc.);
5. any damage of the crystal;
6. consequences of using unauthorized batteries;
7. intervention of a watchmaker other than Timeless LLC;
8. wear resulting from improper use of the watch or watch band - leather, or metal; for example, damages resulting from the contact with perfumes, cosmetics and other chemical elements;
9. modification or removal of the serial number or any other part of the watch;
10. any kind of negligent use of the watch.

The battery of the watch under warranty shall be replaced free of charge by the Timeless LLC within 3 months from the original purchase date of the product. The entire mechanism is subject to replacement in case the replacement of the damaged parts is not possible. Should a service be required, a warranty certificate granted at the moment of the purchase must be provided.

Maintenance

1. water resistance of the watch should be checked regularly (at least once a year) at an authorized service center;
2. before wearing the watch, please make sure that the crown is, depending on the model,  either at 0 position – i.e. set back, or closed – if the crown is of a screwdown type.
3. The watch should not be worn in salt or chlorinated water (especially the gold models of the watches)
4. The watch should not be subjected to drastic changes in temperature (dramatic shifts from cold to hot temperatures, and vice versa) or kept at extremely hot (+ 60˚C) or extremely cold (-0˚C) temperatures;
5. The watch should be kept away from magnetic fields - e.g. metal detectors or electromagnetic devices; this may damage your watch and affect its accuracy.

Batteries
The battery of the watch can work for up to 5 years depending on the type and size of the watch, as well as the frequency of using various functions. If the second hand blinks/ bounces every 4 seconds, this indicates that the battery is out of use: you should immediately contact a service center.

Leather strap

In order to maintain the leather strap in good condition, it should be kept away from:

1. water and humidity;
2. sun rays, the lasting impact of which will result in discoloration;
3. oil-containing materials and cosmetic products;

Please note that watch bands are not covered under the warranty.

Technical Services:

The frequency of services depends on the watch model, climate conditions and maintenance of the watch.
It is recommended a full technical inspection of the watch be carried out once in a 3 - 5 -year period.
