Loyalty card

TI’ME club card has been created for our loyal customers. With TI’ME CLUB card you can save money (HOURS) from your shopping.

Accumulating bonus points:

1.     From June when making a purchase all customers will receive 5% loyalty cards. Customers start saving from the second purchase but the first one will also be added to their total purchase history.

2.     Customers, whose purchase history will be equal or more than 1500 GEL will receive 10% loyalty cards.

3.     And all the customers that will have purchase history equal or more than 5000 GEL will receive 15% loyalty cards.

4.     Customers save from purchases made by gift cards, cash/noncash payment methods.

5.     Customers don’t save when buying a discounted item or a gift card.

6.     Customers save when buying with a gift card.

7.     Customers don’t save in case of credit.

8.     1 COLLECTED HOUR =1GEL.

Terms and conditions of usage:

The money saved on the card can be used in all G-Shock, PANDORA and TI’ME stores and kiosks with following terms and conditions:

1.     In case of making a purchase with loyalty card the customer doesn’t save from that very purchase.

2.     Customers can use saved money when buying a discounted item.

3.     The money saved on loyalty card can cover the amount of purchase for 100% (e.g. if customer wants to buy an item which costs 100 GEL he/she can pay the complete amount of purchase with loyalty card).

4.     In case of making a purchase and paying the half of the money with loyalty card and rest with cash/noncash method, the new saving is counted according to cash/noncash paid amount of money.

5.     Loyalty card is not valid for gift card purchase.

6.     TI’ME Club card bonus points cannot be exchanged to money;

7.     Money saved on loyalty card expires in 720 days.

Additional Benefits of TI’ME Club

By reaching every 2000 GEL milestone of the total sum of purchases, the cardholders receive cashback of 100 GEL bonus points:

Birthday Benefits

As a benefit for the birthday, TI’ME Club cardholder receives 20% discount on whole collection ex. Discounted items, during 2 days. The  discount can be used on the day of their birthday and the day after.

• TI’ME Club Cardholders are timely notified about discounts and special offers of TIME and PANDORA stores and kiosks.
• TI’ME Club cardholders periodically receive the additional special offers, discounts and special gifts;
• In order to collect bonus points, the cardholder either presents (1) TI’ME Club Card.
• To use the accumulated balance, the cardholder should always present TI’ME Club card.
• If TI’ME Club card is lost, a cardholder should inform any TI’ME and PANDORA store in case customer wants to restore the card.
• In case of loses, the company does not take the responsibility for thefts and stolen balance.

The company is entitled to keep and analyze personal information provided by the customer, in order to send special offers and innovations according the Georgian law. If the customer will provide the written request at info@time.ge about deleting the information, company will fulfill the request immediately.
